Regimen (Nutritional Guidelines)

HYDRATION. Drink plenty of water, preferably 2 litres a day. Most people are chronically dehydrated, and many problems can be abated with higher water intake. If you are on a diet of 100% living/raw foods, then you are naturally taking high-water content foods and don’t need to drink as much. However, if you eat cooked foods, you need LOTS of water! This also makes your skin beautiful! And it helps your mind and nervous system as well!
What kind of water to drink? In his book Spiritual Nutrition, Gabriel Cousens recommends distilled water as the best, otherwise spring water is fine. The important thing is to drink structured water, and the way to do that is to grab a handful of quartz crystals and put them in your water bottle. Or buy a water ozonator that spins your water into a water vortex. Also, add a bit of Himalayan rock salt (see later comments on this) to add absorbable minerals to your water.

HIGH WATER CONTENT FOODS. Again, it is important to take as many living/raw foods as possible because the water content remains intact, as well as the enzymes. When we cook our foods, we destroy the living enzymes which are the basis of life and which give us energy and youth. So try to eat as many fresh, organic fruits, vegetables, sprouts, sprouted seeds and soaked nuts as possible, or steamed vegetables. Dark greens are especially important because they contain high levels of minerals, which have greatly been depleted from our soils.
SUPPLEMENTS
- GREEN POWDER. Because it is impossible to eat a perfect diet from mineral-rich soil, I have found that it is highly beneficial (probably the most important thing) to take a green powder every morning, in water or juice. Several examples of green powders are Pure Synergy, Greens Plus, or my favorite, Perfect Food from the Garden of Life, which you can purchase at a discounted rate online at www.betterhealthstore.com under the “Garden of Life” section. (no, I do not get paid anything to endorse them, but I truly love their products)
- Probiotics. Important to restore the intestinal flora and support healthy inner bacterial culture in the gut. Again, Garden of Life has a fantastic probiotic with homeostatic soil organisms, called Primal Defense which you can purchase online at the above-mentioned site.
- Omega Seeds such as flax seed, hemp seed, chia seeds. These seeds help to give us the healthy omega 3,6, and 9 fats that we needs for our hormonal balance, hair, skin, nails, and mental stability. Garden of Life again has a fantastic product called Super Seed which contains many of these seeds. Otherwise, you can purchase any brand of these seeds and either add them to your favorite drinks and foods after grinding them up, or blend them in a smoothie. Hemp seeds can be added to salads.
- Kelp. This is an important mineral supplement that you can either buy in a powder form and add to salads and foods, or take in capsule form. Very important for minerals, grounding and also for a whole form of iodine.
- Nutritional Yeast. This is a high, available form of protein as well as COMPLETE, COMPLEX B vitamins which calms the nervous system, helps with hair and skin beauty, and feeds our deepest protein needs. Sprinkle on salads and foods as desired.
- Himalayan crystal salt and cetic sea salt. Please only use these salts as they contain whole minerals that are not only available to our bodies, but highly necessary! Himalayan rock salt is preferable because its crystals are most absorbable for our cells since the information is in a most compacted form; salt is information! Also, you can take Himalayn crystal salt as SOLE every morning.
How to make SOLE?
Take a jar and fill it with pure water, and put in enough crystal salt til it is totally absorbed and some salt is still left over…keep filling it til no more salt absorbs in the water. Drink a tablespoon every morning. It is pure dissolved minerals, and it charges your body with positive orgone energy, or electricity…
- Schussler tissue salts. A homeopathic nutritional support for the body that is balancing. For ex. Hyland’s BIO-XII tissue salts.
- Lugol’s iodine solution. This is very important, and helps us to maintain calm in crisis, avoiding the fight or flight syndrome. Iodine also helps us to think clearly and gives us energy and endurance. You can take one drop only in a glass of water with a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar, just 2x a week! It is powerful! It is especially effective for overactive or high-strung children.
- Organic extra-virgin Coconut oil. This is a miracle food that you can not get too much of: it is anti-viral, anti-fungal, anti-parasitic, and supports the body in every way with medium-chain fatty acids that feed our body and brain. You can cook with it or add it to smoothies or soups. Also, put it in your hair or on your body for beautiful skin.
- Raw Cacao (raw chocolate). The ancient pre-columbian superfood of the mayan gods that you can read about in the book Naked Chocolate by David Wolfe. It is the highest food in magnesium, which most people are deficient in, especially if you do any sort of mentally-demanding work. Best taken in smoothies with sesame seeds, which contain the highest level of calcium, which complements the magnesium.
- High quality oils such as Extra virgin Olive oil (in a dark bottle). Please throw out your hydrogenated oils such as canola or vegetable oil, and only take cold pressed raw organic oils, even for cooking!
- Nut milks. Can be easily blended in a smoothie, such as sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, almonds, or any kinds of sprouted or soaked nuts and seeds. Soak almonds in water and leave in fridge soaking in water for as long as you like.
- Dairy. If you eat or drink dairy products, they are best when raw and unpasteurized, when they are actually highly healing, like liquid wheatgrass!
- NO SUGAR. White sugar is the death force and should never be taken. Please use natural sweeteners such as agave nectar (which is low glycemic index and very harmless), raw honey, sucanat (dried cane juice), or xylitol, which also has a very low glycemic index.
Please do NOT use aspartame or nutra sweet, as these are literal poisons.
Lemon Ginger Blast.
My raw food teacher, Lou Corona, recommends this every morning! Lou is over 50 and looks 20 something because he eats only living foods, and swears by the lemon ginger blast every morning! It changes my life when I take it too…it is anti-viral, anti-fungal, anti-bacterial, and it purifies the blood, boosts immunity, cures skin and scalp problems..the list goes on and on.
Here is the recipe: Either juice or blend in a blender:
1 or 2 apples
1 or 2 lemons
The most ginger you can handle! 1” to 6” of it! Fresh, and peeled
The most cayenne you can handle, from a bit to a tablespoon
If you juice this, add water to dilute! If you blend it in a blender, fill the food portion with water!
DRINK ON AN EMPTY STOMACH IN THE MORNING, AND DO NOT EAT ANYTHING FOR AT LEAST 20 MINUTES AFTER CONSUMPTION! This is a tonic and cleanser! It is magical.
Diet for the Soul:
Please avoid any kind of negative sensory input such as t.v. news, newspapers, gossip magazines, or anything that does not positively feed or uplift your soul and your senses with beauty and bliss.
Also, charge your food with positive thoughts, blessings, and/or love vibes before you eat…remember, when you eat, you feed not only your physical body, but your astral, causal, and soul body as well! So charge it all with light and love…
